If we got it wrong

Defects, misprints, damage in transit — send a photo to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we replace the Piece free. No forms, no return shipping, no debate.

If the size is wrong

Each Piece is printed when you order it, so size swaps aren't automatic — but we honor them. Write us, keep the original, and we'll get the right size made. Check the fit notes on each Piece's page before ordering; they're written to be trusted.

If you changed your mind

Made-on-order means we can't restock an unworn return the way a warehouse brand can. If something isn't sitting right with you, write us anyway — we'd rather solve it person to person than hide behind policy.
